We are excited to announce Neil has joined our team as a Medical School Specialist. He has extensive experience in medical school admissions and applications, as well as residency applications.
Neil is currently fourth-year medical student at Rowan University. He graduated from Boston University, receiving his B.S. in Human Physiology and B.A. in Psychology (magna cum laude). Prior to starting medical school, he spent a year at BU as a lecturer and lab director for a neuroanatomy and neuropathology course.
Interested in healthcare policy, Neil served as the Chair for the Medical Student Section for the Medical Society of New Jersey. He is currently developing national policies within the American Medical Association (AMA) to combat the opioid crisis.
To fulfill his passion for clinical and translational research, Neil is also a student-investigator at the University of Pennsylvania: Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He has over 20 submitted abstracts, oral presentations, and publications and has been recognized by the Society of Interventional Radiology and the American Thyroid Association for his work.
Neil has over 9 years of teaching experience and has been acknowledged for his mentorship. He has served on the AMA Committee of Medical Education and has been a tutor at his medical school. His expertise lies in both the allopathic and the osteopathic medical school admissions process. Currently, he teaches high-school and college-level chemistry, math, biology, and biochemistry. Neil is continuously displaying his passion for healthcare policy, research, interventional radiology, innovation, and mentorship.
